No. c4.Phone simply connects your phone via Bluetooth to your digital workplace (PC) and lets you manage your calls and contacts via Microsoft Outlook.
The contacts shown in c4.Phone are only synced with the contact list of your Microsoft Outlook Account to ensure efficient handling and avoid a mixture of privat and business contacts.
Yes, although the presence state is provided in accordance with the information on the server and based on presence states e.g. in Microsoft Teams or Skype for Business, the status can be changed in c4.Phone directly.
Notes you have taken are saved in the database and can be accessed via the call history in the contact details or in the call history overview.
Please make sure your phone is connected to your PC via Bluetooth.
If you save an existing contact again, make sure to fill in the email address if you have one. Only then Microsoft Outlook can recognize duplicate contacts and merge them.
